Refund and Return Policy
We maintain a customer-first 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a formal product return and financial refund within 30 days of physically receiving your item.
1. General & Category-Specific Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return and full evaluation, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered. Due to the diverse nature of our catalog, specialized compliance rules apply:
Home & Kitchen Utensils: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, free of any food residue, and returned with all original tags attached inside the original manufacturer's box.
Pet Accessories & Gear: For strict biological safety and animal hygiene reasons, pet products must be entirely free of pet hair, dander, odor, scratches, or any signs of domestic usage.
Proof of Purchase: A valid digital receipt, invoice, or order number is strictly required to authorize any return workflow.
2. Authorized Return Procedure

CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Do not dispatch your package back to the fulfillment center address printed on your original shipping label, or to our legal corporate registration office. Unauthorized packages sent without a valid tracking attachment cannot be processed or refunded.
Once your return request is cross-verified and approved, our team will issue a complimentary return shipping label, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and precise warehouse routing instructions details on where to ship your package.
3. Inspection of Damages and Order Inaccuracies
Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival. If an item is manufacturing-defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect product variant, contact our support team immediately. We require high-resolution photos or clear video documentation of the discrepancy to expedite a free replacement or instant store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Legal Exceptions
Certain asset classes are legally exempt from being returned:
* Custom-manufactured or personalized bespoke goods.
* Hazardous corporate chemicals, flammable liquids, or compressed gases.
* Gift cards, vouchers, and items explicitly designated as final promotional clearance.
5. Administrative Restocking Fees & 10% Deduction
10% Restocking Fee: Please be officially advised that all accepted and authorized returns are subject to a flat 10% restocking, handling, and administrative fee**. This 10% charge covers physical warehouse processing, multi-point hygiene/quality inspections, and inventory repackaging labor. **The 10% fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund total.
Financial Processing: Once your return package is safely delivered to our facility and successfully undergoes quality inspection, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee) are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card provider may require additional processing windows to post the transaction credit to your statement.
